Welcome to the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway Customer Service page.  From here we would like to offer you, our valued customers, direct access to some of our data services in order to better assist you in your daily interactions with the Wheeling.  Please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns with any of these services.  
 

These services currently include Car Tracking, Outstanding Bills, and Online Waybill Entry

Car Tracking on this page applies to all cars.  On the Tracking page (linked in the main menu above) only unrestricted freight types of cargo can be accessed.  This service returns the most current location and activity of up to ten railcars at a time. 

Outstanding Bills allows customers to see what bills they might have that have not yet been completed.

The Online Waybill Entry service allows customers to create their own waybills without calling or faxing in orders to a customer service representative first.  You must enter the username and password again upon entering this service so that your company's particular information can be accessed.  After creating the waybill the customer has the chance to verify the choices made, then upon submission, they are automatically sent an email confirmation.  At that point they can still correct any problems, if necessary, by calling Customer Service.  Your company must request to be set up for this service.  Contact W&LE MIS at the link at the bottom of this page with any questions.
