Fuel Surcharges

The WE new/revised publications will be made subject to Tariff WE 40663, the mileage-based Fuel Surcharge. Any prior agreements that are still effective shall be governed by the language in the individual publications and remain unaffected by these changes. The revenue-based fuel surcharge, published in Tariff WE 40561, will continue to be applied until the WE publications subject to this Fuel Surcharge expire or are extended/revised. At that time, the fuel surcharge language may remain the same in the revised/extended publications or the WE may change to the MILEAGE FUEL SURCHARGE. WE Fuel Surcharge tariffs WE 40561 (revenue-based) and WE 40663 (mileage) are available in the Tariff Section of this website.

APRIL, 2010 @ 3.9%
MAY, 2010 @ 5.4%
JUNE, 2010 @ 6.3%
JULY, 2010 @ 3.0%
AUGUST, 2010 @ 3.6%
SEPTEMBER, 2010 @ 3.9%

APRIL, 2010 @ $ .20
MAY, 2010 @ $ .23
JUNE, 2010 @ $ .27
JULY, 2010 @ $.27
AUGUST, 2010 @ $ .24
SEPTEMBER, 2010 @ $ .23
IF ANY RATES PUBLISHED BY THE WE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ANY FUEL SURCHARGE LANGUAGE, THE RATES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING NOTE:
"RATES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SELECTIVE INCREASE, IF NECESSARY, ON THIRTY (30) DAYS' NOTICE."
